Top 5 Film & Television Apps in Croatia in Q1 2023

In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 film and television applications in Croatia showed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here are the highlights based on data from Sensor Tower.

VOYO.hr experienced a fluctuating download trend, starting strong with around 25.8K downloads in mid-January but gradually declining to approximately 5.4K by the end of March. Despite the decline in downloads, there was no revenue recorded for this period.

Netflix maintained a steady presence with weekly downloads ranging from 3.6K to 6K. Peak revenue was around $1.5K in early February, with active users fluctuating between 108K and 154K throughout the quarter.

HBO Max: Stream TV & Movies saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at $5.7K in late March. Downloads showed a downward trend from 6.3K in mid-January to 2.3K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 18K and 23K.

HRTi OTT also saw a steady download rate, with a peak of 3.5K in late February. Active users started at around 10K in late December and decreased to about 5.6K by the end of March. No revenue was recorded during this period.

SkyShowtime: Filmer och serier showed growth in active users, rising from 6.4K at the end of December to over 10K by late March. Revenue peaked at around $700 in mid-March, while weekly downloads fluctuated between 1K and 4.1K.
